Reporting directly into the Head of eCommerce, my primary responsibility is for the execution of the promotional plan across each website including UK, Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia and Marketplace. This involves analysing all site changes for impacts on performance of each website and feeding insights and recommendations into key trade meetings to use as a basis to make decisions around the promotional plan. Responsibilities also include Identifying and initiating improvements to the customer journey to enhance user experience and to remove friction along each of our customer profile paths, providing a better experience so users convert more often.

Reporting directly into the Retail Multichannel Director, my primary responsibility is trading and maximizing sales conversion and profit across all digital channels including UK, Ireland, Europe, USA and Marketplace. This involves leading and supporting the Content Team, who are responsible for providing continuous insight, optimisation and improvement of the on-site experience and managing the end to end life-cycle of all products and marketing strategies including seasonal full price and markdown campaigns.

I joined Mamas & Papas in 2007 taking overall responsibility for the Home Shopping operation consisting of a team of telesales advisor's who provided Inbound & Outbound pre-sales support to all Mamas & Papas Mail Order and Ecommerce customers. Ultimately I was responsible for ensuring maximum sales were achieved whilst driving excellent customer service and remaining customer focused in line with the Mamas & Papas brand values.

As Sales Team Manager, I was directly responsible for the overall performance of 15 outbound sales consultants, who provided buildings and contents insurance policies to Halifax mortgage customers with a view to maximise sales volumes whilst sustaining excellent customer service.
