As a Sales Manager, I will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets for our TPI's. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. I will be expected to provide sales coaching, training, and support to your team to help them maximize their potential and meet performance objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. The ideal partner will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
