• Lead different teams of 4-8 associates to complete all projects on time, to required standards, within scope and budget.• Design for Six Sigma in all product ideas and implementation utilizing tools such as: poka-yoke, 5S, kaizen approach, muda, assembly ease, and 5whys. I utilized brainstorming sessions as needed.• Create cost reduction reports based on interactive costing workshops and internal costing methods. These kaizen based workshops included root cause analysis for high cost deltas between competitive and similar platform vehicles. Through these workshops an average of $100 per future vehicle could be saved, or $20 million a year per vehicle platform.• Analyze part to part cost data from customer and competitor BOM’s to determine solutions to all cost deltas and provide technical benchmarking differences. This includes something as small as two injection molded components utilizing different materials to the analysis of different safety strategies between vehicles. Delving into safety strategies requires knowing current crash test ratings, why each strategy may have been used, and the cost associated with each strategy.• Develop continuous improvement reports that analyze criteria such as safety, cost, functionality, and quality. • Negotiate adjustments to resources and/or timelines for rushed deliverables to best help the customer.• Teach new team members the basics of our competitive cost benchmarking processes and reports.

• Arrange all travel plans for domestic and international customers and employees using Microsoft Office and internal policies.• Assist with financial reports including AP payments, AP reconciliation, and all expenses.• Managed employee files ensuring all documentation was up to date.
