Corporate management position responsible for quality across the state wide organisation and assisting the General Manager of Community Services. The role included the provision of quality governance for community care and residential aged care (short period only). This included policy management, internal/external auditing and software selection.

Roles during this employment included Deputy Director of Care, DVA/Community Care Manager and Revenue Manager.Responsibilities included the development of care models, overall management of care staff, implementation of care service teams into opening villages (including Mango Hill, Bribie, Caloundra and Redbank Plains), brokerage management (with large portfolio) and the implementation/management of direct government funded services including DVA Community Nursing, Sub-Acute Care and Home Care Packages.
