In an operational management role, this passion translates to a shared environment of continuous improvement, a team focus on the provision of high quality consumer driven care, lean processes and clear service metrics.Danielle has over 15 years’ experience working across the spectrum of healthcare, including from a range of clinical, improvement, leadership and management roles. She has a lead a number of innovative service design, workforce and strategic planning initiatives that have delivered positive outcomes and sustainable changes. Danielle has also supported a diverse range of primary-tertiary care operational teams including those working across Allied Health, Interpreting, Aged Care and Disability service profiles.
