I worked closed with the commercial team on various projects, predominantly the Spectrum Restack Program, assisting with modelling and analysis, liaising with the business and developing a rate card for pricing of the program.During my contract with Arqiva, I worked with the Commercial team and supported the Commercial Director on the competitive dialogue and ISDS (Invitation to Submit Detailed Solution) stage of the smart metering bid. Specifically focused on project planning and management for the commercial aspect of the bid.During my contract with Gatwick Airport as Financial Planning Manager I was working with the business to develop the 10 year financial business plan that is used to assist in determining the regulatory pricing for the next 5 years. The role required me to work closely with the operations, commercial and finance teams within the business to understand the key business drivers and develop complex financial models to generate a price. My work also involved communication with the regulator to provide information and ensure we are producing information in the most appropriate form. Show less
