Current• Create and identify process for efficient and effective recruitment and selection• Develop process improvements, implement solutions and share best practices with recruiting team members and client partners • Lead weekly meetings with recruiting team to discuss and assess candidate and requisition status • Metric analysis, cycle time, hiring leader satisfaction, compliance and quality of hire• Conduct satisfaction surveys to ensure hiring leader satisfaction, quality of hire and quality of service • Implement hiring goals by developing strong relationships with local organizations and recruiting sources throughout the Swift network• Build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders to understand client needs and to fill requisitions quickly• Partner with hiring leaders to identify behavioral competencies and skills of top current employees to improve and develop a bench strength
