Started as a Corporate Management Trainee with a concentration in Food and Beverage. After 6 months I was promoted to Assistant Banquet Management and was responsible for execution of events from 2-900 guests. After 2 years I was then promoted to Special Events Manager where I booked and serviced all events in our restaurant, lounge, and private dining room. During this time I also ran restaurant shifts twice a week to gain full knowledge and perspective on the restaurant operation. After 6 months I was committed to working in catering full time selling and servicing all types of events from corporate parties to social events such as weddings.
