• General operational duties of regional retail stores and managing back of house retail department, working directly below SVP Global Sales and Retail Area Manager.• Responsible for creating and circulating Weekly and Monthly retail sales reports including details of sell-thru’s, bestsellers, KPI’s and week, month and year figures to company senior management team. • Managing and coordinating retail stocktakes for regional stores on quarterly basis. • Merchandising and stock management responsibility of regional retail stores, ensuring stock is replenished and correct stock selection is made and maintained for each store. • Close working relationship with Merchandising team, partaking in regular meetings to review sales performance for stores, based on stock selections as well as contribution to seasonal retail buys. • Management and coordination of retail uniform selection process, on a seasonal basis. • Responsible for managing and coordinating company’s RTW and Bridal sample sales involving selection and pricing of the stock for the sale, arranging venue, building relationships with contacts and regular clientele, reporting and evaluating to Senior company management.• Management of Stockroom and Operations assistant and store security team. • Working closely with the management of the online web store for stock management purposes, reporting and overall, consistency within the retail business.
