I grew a Professional IT Consulting business from a small $6M family-owned business with few processes or internal structures to an efficient, powerful $90M competitor in the market. Along the way, we were acquired 4 times in 4 years, which taught me to be flexible and resilient, and protect the most important asset of the business – its people.My passion in business is growth– which includes both people and revenue.
