Currently our organization is converting our HRIS platform from Darwin to PRismHR. As the Project Lead, my role oversees the conversion of our data, managing our teams with training, process and setup of all our clients and internal procedures. Daily responsibilities encompass that each department within the organization is utilizing the PrismHR and Darwin HRIS systems to its fullest and they are versatile in its functionality. This includes answering questions, resolving issues with process, training and writing procedures for best practices. Testing and communication with PrismHR and Thinkware regarding system issues, updates, patches and new functionality. The process includes items that relate to accounting, payroll, benefits and workers compensation, then passing that knowledge to our teams and clients.Troubleshooting system issues that affect our teams. Identifying what needs to be corrected within the Darwin HRIS system and what SQL tables and fields need to corrected. Changes may include table updates or manual checks to correct the data. Instruction and verification any pay code, deduction code or benefit code set up within HRIS for proper taxation and reporting that will affect tax reporting and W2’s. Communication with clients and internal staff relating to new reports that may need to be written. This may be writing a report in DarwiNet, modify a report in Report Writer/informer or if the report is more complex, what SQL tables may need to be involved to have our SQL Developers write the report in SSRS system. America's Back Office purchased Employees Only, Inc. in 2018. My position assisted with the conversion of data from Darwin HRIS to PrismHr and in addition to the conversion process, I assisted the clients with the transfer to Prism and how to process payroll. In addition to the payroll conversion, other duties involved payroll tax processing, including year end closing of tax accounts and entities for prior business, and the conversion of MasterTax information from prior PEO to new PEO accounts.

My responsibilities include payroll tax management, payroll tax manager, registration of new companies, and onboarding of new clients. I work directly with our outsourced IT team and help with administrative items. In addition, training our internal employees and clients on our services and products is a daily item. This also includes creating processes and procedures for SOP manuals. Lastly, I work with a team to look for new and innovative products to offer our clients including internal reporting when necessary.

Originally I started with Employees Only as a Project Manager which led to the Payroll Manager position. With this position I worked with a team of 4 employees who were responsible for processing payrolls across the United States. In addition, the payroll taxes were managed to ensure that all tax withholding, returns, and annual statements were processed not only timely but efficiently.

Oversee a team of 25 plus employees whose daily job required processing of payrolls for many companies across the United States. This included onboarding of new clients and the transfer of information from one payroll system to another.
