Managed a team of four (two senior recruiters and two recruiters), responsible for recruitment and selection for ninety-nine departments within the sixteen offices of the Central Office, in addition to the hiring of all Principal and Assistant Principals. To date, over 4,800 full-time employees have been processed in the Central Office since I joined the department in 2015. My strength is managing high-volume recruitment, averaging 250 open roles at any one time and typically filling 500+ roles each fiscal year while consistently providing excellent customer service to a wide-range of stakeholders. Daily duties and experience include:- Assisting hiring managers of all skill levels as they execute their hiring life cycle for positions ranging from entry to executive level. This work includes the creation of resources to support hiring managers with selection process and material creation, sourcing, candidate screening, interview logistics, issuing offer letters, and onboarding- Database management ensuring accurate vacancy data is shared across several disconnected systems to a variety of internal and external audiences- Project management experience which includes developing and implementing organizational systems for improved efficiency, creating content and maintaining the website www.jobs.philasd.org, executing recruitment events, leading employee and hiring manager trainings, and process documentation- Proficient with data entry related to new employee system activation, payroll changes, retirement and resignation management, and other employee related transactions. Experience with several District specific systems, including: Advantage, SMS, the Job Requisition System. I’m also an expert with applicant tracking systems Searchsoft, Taleo, and OBI Reporting, as well as the Google Workplace suite- Extensive knowledge regarding compliance with numerous union hiring practices and regulations, in addition to knowledge of local and federal clearance law
