Ensuring the customer was fully verifed so that any blocks on their account could be lifted, achieved through intelligent questioning. Moved on to work in credit disputes, specifically for MasterCard credit cards- entailed direct communication with merchants and establishing a clear and concise report of all contact between the two parties. Currently working in back-office for online and telephony fraud scam cases in guidance with the current CRM process. This includes chasing other financial institutions for responses, working through mutual systems and again a clear overview of the situation thus far.
