Aba Behavior Implementer
CurrentABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) Implementer focusing on identifying and reducing any behaviors that interfere with learning, e.g., self-stimulatory behaviors, aggression, etc. for children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) • ABA focuses on identifying and increasing any absent behaviors that are needed for learning, e.g., imitating, scanning, attending, listening, etc.-Scientific, measurable approach to learning• Decisions are data-driven• Analyzes antecedents and consequences for behaviors• Uses reinforcement to increase desirable behaviors and removal of reinforcement to decrease problematic behaviors (through a functional behavioral assessment)• Utilizes a Task Analysis of skills to breakdown learning into smaller teachable trials, only to the extent needed
