I graduated from Salem State university in December 2015 with my Bachelors degree major in English and minor in Education studies. 2.91/4.0 gpaFrom when I graduated high school in 2010 until my junior year at university, I worked for Reliant Mortgage company. I worked as a data entry employee, requesting documents from lawyers, sorting, scanning, uploading copies into our system and then sending documents off to lenders. I also answered and directed phone calls throughout the office. I did what was needed, where and when it was needed, while attending school full time. In 2013 I started working for Home Depot. I cross trained in several departments including cashier, customer service and paint. I received several badges for customer service skills and customer feedback. In 2015 I started working for North Shore bank as a teller, where I am currently still employed. I am proficient with the computer and teller skills. I am a proficient typer, accurately handle customer transactions and always keep customersIn my off time, I manage and care for 2 senior horses that reside at the property wheee I rent. This includes cleaning stalls, feeding, watering, grooming,operating a tractor, training and working the horses and occasional full time care when my landlord is out of town. I also enjoy drawing and selling portraits of people pets. I have always loved any sort of art work activities and the chance to be creative. I am a problem solver and would rather figure it out myself than wait for someone to do it for me. Currently keeping my options open to see what else is out there.
