Main Responsibilities:•Managing the full end to end internal and external recruitment strategy/process across the business.•Working in partnership with Directors & hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and plan the most appropriate attraction strategy.•Direct sourcing and consistently placing roles ranging from Administrative positions to Director Level across the business areas I focus on.•Managing complex and challenging deliverables; reporting back to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.•Booking/attending weekly meetings with senior management to catch up on the current recruitment plan.•Managing agency relationships across the business•Managing the full recruitment process for contractors joining FWG.•Write and co-ordinate assessment days for positions across the business.•Interviewing and assessing internal and external Candidates. •Conducting induction days for new starters on a weekly/monthly basis.•Successfully implemented 12 month University placements and internships across IT/ Marketing and Analytics.
