Everything about us flows from our Identity. It is the foundation for our life and the compass that keeps us moving in the right direction. Clearly defined Identity is vital for leaders and imperative for companies in order to truly be sustainable with lasting impact. A company, church, or organization can only grow to the extent that their leader has. Defining our identity allows us all to securely see ourselves for who we are and recognize how to grow as a leader. As a faith-filled International Consultant in strategic development and organizational leadership I have had the opportunity to see how identity can shape people, communities, culture, leaders, churches, organizations, and countries. I guarantee any one individual who is truly leading in a successful way has walked the path of discovering their identity. The power to bring about change starts first within ourselves, only then can we share it. Social justice issues, global leadership, church formation, health-care, legislation in D.C., work against trafficking, as well as in the field work passionately fill my portfolio. It is my honor to work alongside individuals, churches, companies, organizations, and communities locally and internationally to see leaders grow and the work become sustainable. To partner with orgs in India and the US over the past 11 years to bring sustainable leadership in the areas of anti-trafficking work, education, women's ministries, and healthcare is a joy. I strive to strategically help empower, motivate, and educate churches, organizations, corporations, and people of all ages to live beyond themselves and in doing so changing the world one life at a time.
