As a HR Consultant, I provide professional HR advice and Guidance to SMEs who do not need or want to invest in their own HR department. I currently work with a wide variety of companies ranging from nursery's, digital marketing companies, construction to beauty salons, the hospitality sector and companies in the leisure sector making sure that they are fully compliant with Employment Law legislation and ACAS good practice. In recent years I worked as the personal assistant to the practice manager of a firm of Solicitors, I was heavily involved with HR administration, Policies, recruitment, inductions and return to work interviews. This is where I developed a strong interest in HR work obtaining my CIPD qualifications and gaining valuable experience.
