First of all.. IM OPEN FOR NEW CHALLENGES..SO DONT TAG ME AND RATE ME BY MY PROFILE. There's much more to me than this 50something words. You need to experience me in order to validate me . HERE GOES:- Event planning which includes catering for meetings( platters etc ), kiddies parties, , matric balls etc. are what I have a flair for. I started out my career life as a waitress in Parliament South Africa . I worked there for about 18 yrs. A waitress in Parliament is no normal waitress. We were trained in event coordinating ,decor, food preparation and presentation. And our clientéle were world renowned politicians , royalty and Hollywood stars. After that I was in retail at Edcon ,where I worked in the credit and returns department as a casual. Then as a cashier for 5 years at a convenience shop in our neighborhood. I had to resign to look after my mother who was terminally ill. Three months after , in August 2013 , I started my journey with Melomed Private Hospital in Bellville.I was ,untill recently , 31 October 2020 , employed as Kitchen Supervisor [ I was previously Front of House manager] at Melomed Hospital in Richardsbay . I've been in the Catering business for 30 plus years ..sessional years included.. I don't have degrees ,but I've climbed the ladder because of my skills ,my drive and passion for working and my personality . And then recruiters reckon I'm not experienced enough. 🙃🤔 I believe I can do ALL things through Christ that gives me strength. ..so thats what im doing. .ALL things.
