As Head of Financial Services Partnerships (AU/NZ) at Xero I work with banks and other financial institutions to provide #beautiful solutions to our mutual small business customers.At KPMG, my role was to understand the strategies, activities and challenges of NSW Government and link Government’s people with experts who could assist them. There is great complexity in Government and deep expertise at KPMG and working together brings abundant benefits for NSW citizens.Prior to KPMG, I worked extensively supporting the payments and banking needs of large and complex organisations. I created, developed and supported teams to excel in service delivery, extend client relationships and inspire those clients to a shared vision with workable plans to get there. Critical to my experience has been understanding the current environment and trends for change, working across organisations, influencing outcomes from various angles and solving problems.
