My job as an Internet Advisors is to inspire service through the web and make the customer feel comfortable. While I do wear many hats and answer various questions, the main purpose is to generate sales by creating quality traffic for communities.I work to establish dialogue with the Customers to help narrow down the best location, community and floor plan that will work for them based on their individual needs. My goal is to get the Customers excited and narrowed down to what they need in a David Weekley Home!

Duties included up-selling select menu items, maintaining the satisfaction of current customers, multi-tasking by hosting, bartending, greeting and answering the phones. I also marketed for the company, which included going to businesses that were within a ten mile radius and making them aware of the promotions that they were running and informing them of the location of the restaurant. The purpose of this marketing idea was to drive business into the restaurant and maintain regular customers. On a daily basis I had goals set by managers to push the promotion for the month, whether it is a food item or Hooters merchandise.
