Development director for REACH Riverside, The Warehouse, and Kingswood Community Center (collectively known as the WRK Group), a $600 million neighborhood revitalization initiative in Wilmington's Riverside community, a community that has experienced decades of neglect and discrimination. REACH is employing the Purpose Built Communities model, a holistic approach focused on housing, education and health initiatives. Led the team in successfully obtaining a $50 million HUD Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grant in 2023.
