As a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), I am passionate about developing people, improving processes, and leveraging technology to drive operational effectiveness. My goal is to enable and empower employees and customers through knowledge sharing and collaboration in the flow of work.I have also contributed to the global knowledge management community by serving for eight years on the steering committee for APQC’s yearly Knowledge Management Conference. The steering committee develops the strategic direction of the conference for KM practitioners around the world. I am now also an inaugural member of APQC’s Council for Advancing Knowledge Management. The council is comprised of 12 experienced knowledge management practitioners from 4 countries representing organizations from 7 different industries to share, learn, and contribute to the future of knowledge management.
