Oversee the volunteer development of our current membership and the expansion into new public housing developments and low-income neighborhoods. Execute a strategy for outreach with staff to boost volunteerism, membership, and leadership development. Create a program to recruit fellows and interns each semester to bolster our activities and outreach. Utilize staffs’ understanding of the local community to build a system to connect with and educate residents, specifically BIPOC, low-income and working class voters. Engage residents and provide them with information about policies, projects, non-partisan voter registration, and voter engagement activities.
