I am a recent graduate of Concordia University- Wisconsin (CUW) with a Master of Occupational Therapy. I also recently received confirmation on passing the NBCOT exam. My Level I Fieldwork rotation was in the outpatient orthopedic setting at Athletico in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. I completed my first Level II Fieldwork in the acute care setting at Centegra Hospital-McHenry. My second Level II Fieldwork was completed in the pediatric outpatient setting at Centegra Milestones Therapy Center. Prior to beginning my education at CUW I was employed by Centegra Health System as a rehabilitation technician in the outpatient network.
