This position reports directly to the Vice President of Community Impact and they work together to better clearly define the overall strategy of growth and innovation for the Community Resilience programs. Leading a team of three Community Resilience Coordinators, the Resilience team works to implement a portfolio of 10 grants with various deliverables focused on growth and development with a cradle to career approach. The Community Resilience Manager works to create growth through various grant opportunities and works directly with the Vice President of Community Impact to ensure strategic initiatives align with the overall development of United Way's growth strategy.
