Teach riders of all ages to further their horse handling and riding skills. Maintain excellent customer service between riders, their parents, and other barn staff. Update and adjust schedules on a weekly basis and evaluate horse and rider skills to match riders with the horse that will teach them the most while still allowing them to enjoy their riding time.

Manage a territory with over 250 active jobs at any given time:• Create a daily schedule for 7 technicians as well as several subcontracted work crews for specialized work• I am the primary point of contact between Customers, Sales Representatives, Technicians, Project Coordinators, and Installation Manager• It is my responsibility to procure all necessary resources for jobs including ordering materials, tracking shipments, renting construction equipment, etc.-Communicate directly with customers to set installation dates and meet all customer requirements including specialized work permits, certified payroll, background checks, equipment off-loading, etc.-Billing• Processing Vendor Invoices• Managing the accrual for the installation department• Communicating with other Coordinators and customers to close out jobs

In this role it was my responsibility to support Sales by processing orders, issuing purchase orders, and communicating with customers. Once orders were processed I would track shipments and communicate as needed with the coordinators. After completion of work it was my job to process vendor invoices, pay rental equipment invoices, and bill customers in accordance with their purchase order specifications.
