In my current position, my responsibilities include:First point of contact for clients, both in-person and over the phone. Scheduling and cancelling clients for the clinic as well as scheduling appointments for clients for ultrasound and x-rays. Responsible for new client intake, ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete.Process payments for clients from various service providers, ie. Alberta Blue Cross and Sun Life. Prepare invoices as required. Reconcile payments at the end of the shift to ensure all are balanced.General office duties such as confidential client filing, photocopying and faxing. Ensure the office is clean and organized.
