My main responsibilities as the Secretary of the Filipino Society includes managing the secretariat, regulating content, and managing administration.Responsible for maintaining communication between the society and other parties, either through emails and contracts, along with communication within the society such as announcements.I had a responsibility as secretariat to attend meetings, record meeting minutes, and take notes to summarise for the other committee members. In addition, as the content regulator, I am in charge of the information and content presented in PowerPoints for meetings and presentations. I am also in charge of reserving rooms and venues for events.
