As a Sr. Change Consultant, I performed Diagnostic, Design, and Implementation of the Continuous Improvement Management System across the Allstate Enterprise. Partnered with various areas of Allstate to support the strengthening of Culture through the Allstate Continuous Improvement Management System. Supported our Enterprise problem solving tool that provides visibility into the health of problem solving for more than 28,000 users. Involved in an initiative to redesign our Enterprise Problem Solving Tool to improve user experience and be able to report out on problem solving efforts aligned with Enterprise Growth.
