-Organized a team of 10 to develop Deloitte’s first annual Technology Trust Ethics report, which synthesized inputs from ~2,000 tech leaders to identify ethical standards in emerging tech and approaches to operationalization-Coordinated with executive-level leaders to design an AI governance strategy that integrated responsible practices on product development and implementation for a large federal agency-Built a robust Trustworthy AI assessment tool for product managers and programmers to evaluate all of Deloitte’s internal AI products, including modules on fairness metrics and privacy safeguard procedures-Reviewed 200+ technology-focused bills on the federal and state level and developed quarterly reports that synthesized key policy implications to inform internal business strategy-Managed a team of 6 to build an operating model and strategic plan to implement a $80 billion IT modernization initiative with over 100 programs by congressional timeline-Led a team of SMEs, engineers, and contractors to develop a 24-module requirement matrix to support the replacement of a state’s Offender Management System with a highly-integrated, cloud-enabled platform that manages over 50,000 offenders-Worked with leadership across Consulting, Human Resources, and Legal/ Risk Department to establish Deloitte’s second chance hiring program, and owned the design and management of two 6-month internships, resulting in the firm’s first two formerly incarcerated full-time hires

-Selected based on high performance at Deloitte to consult during the academic year with Stage Six, a startup company that grows international social franchises by connecting them with financial, advisory, and material resources -Developed a technology-based franchise management system that facilitates the relationship between social franchises, impact investors, and buyers -Conducted a market assessment, created a requirements matrix and application prototype, and estimate financial cost for the technology

-Selected as one of 350 for an 18-month professional development program for high-achieving diverse talent-Complete business case studies and projects to hone analytical, quantitative and communication skills -Participate in four professional development conferences hosted by industry leaders, such as Deloitte, Google, Goldman Sachs, Procter & Gamble and Target

Ranked 1st place along with 5 other teammates for Deloitte's Social Innovation Case Competition. The presentation was pitched in front of Deloitte Partners and the CEO of Stage Six.

-Drafted public hearing testimonies that examine police data collection software, identify problems with software algorithms, and provide potential solutions -Assisted the executive committee in expanding the firm's corporate structure by analyzing the local legal market, drafting a project pitch that adapts legal practices to fit market needs, and identifying and pursuing potential donors-Facilitated communication with the Attorney Generals and Ministers of Finance of post-conflict countries to implement adequately funded public defense models -Researched and helped write monthly articles on topics ranging from risk assessment instruments to the Opioid Epidemic for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers's Champion Magazine
