Pastry Chef
CurrentWorking directly with owner and pastry chef to execute new pastries. Work duties include cutting, filling, crumb coating and finishing cakes to order. Filling pastry case, frosting cupcakes, working with chocolate, mousse, meringues, roulades, macaroons, pecan bars, pastry cream, lemon curd, cookie platters, tarts, cannoli’s, quick breads and specialty.
