Regulatory experience as a surface water TMDL writer and wastewater reuse permit writer. Stream, lake, and ground water monitoring and project management. TV and news paper public advisory messaging. Organizing watershed advisory stakeholder groups. Adaptive collaboration with industry, municipalities, small communities, state agencies, tribes, and conservation groups.I am an Environmental Scientist and Natural Resources Specialist. My circuitous route includes a background in visual art, design concepts, education, and living abroad in Switzerland and Singapore. I have a personal mission, to cultivate community action by negotiating between diverse stakeholder perspectives, adapting strategies to specific partner needs, researching and analyzing data to educate about environmental and health issues, and inspiring interest in environmental excellence.
