I would not be who I am today without the privilege of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am blessed to have worked with and supported individuals professionally from 2 years old to 87 years old. Their unique stories and beautiful gifts have shaped my world and professional aspirations. Having profesional experience in several settings across the human lifespan, I combination of a Masters degree, I aspire to use these skills and my own natural God given talents to advocate and raise awareness for individuals with disabilities. I aspire to continuously develop my professional skills through experience, research, program and policy development. I look to support young learners and professionals in their career development through motivational leadership. I hope to share my personal story of how I found confidence in my own skin and the determination that was rooted inside to develop the life I envision. By manifesting my future and taking leaps of faith I have grown tremendously in the past decade and have a plethora of goals yet to accomplish. I am a graduate of Salem State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Additionally, I am a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Masters of Science in Developmental Disabilities, with a concentration in Leadership and Advocacy, and Applied Behavior Analysis.
