CurrentFacilitate communication across multiple departments as appropriate to all involved and “manage” stakeholders. Including escalating/communicating potential issues and challenges as needed to the project lead as well as management in other departmentsAssist in the development of the project plan, establishing a roadmap with clear dates and deliverables for each department’s contributions, updating trackers to discuss with project teamSupport senior-level working groups and project meetings, including meeting minute capture, action item tracking, coordination, logistics, and materials preparationCoordinate meetings with clients, candidates and contract employeesCreate and/or maintain document repositories for projectsAssists with on-boarding new employees into internal system by processing appropriate paperwork, ordering essential technology and working with directors and leadership to ensure that new employee has completed all mandatory paperwork and tasks prior to beginning their work within the department.Organizes and coordinates logistics for program events including meetings, briefings, roundtables, dialogues and major conferences
