I was responsible for the delivery of the scheme’s marketing and engagement strategy. By engaging with a range of stakeholders, I helped the team identify and promote opportunities within the industry and coordinate a range of marketing campaigns that helped raise awareness of the scheme. I worked closely with the Programme Manager and Assistant Programme Manager to develop new relationships, showcasing the great work we do with our partners and celebrating the achievements of our apprentices.

I provided support to the Communications team in the day-to-day running of the department, to the company’s businesses and communicate effectively with customers, staff and stakeholders. Responsibilities included supporting with media queries, being a representative among staff groups, creating internal campaigns and social media campaigns, organising company-wide events and writing a range of copy for internal and external audiences.
