I built strong rapport with Injury Management Advisers, Commanders, Inspectors, HR Managers, Police Chaplains, Police Association of NSW, NSW Police Legacy and EML Case Managers.I devised the scope of the role, wrote and published the Guidelines and Policy and Procedures, created promotional material, including business cards, posters, flyers and intranet video and FAQs.I travelled to numerous locations across the state and presented to groups of all levels of hierarchy about my role and its benefits to the employees, families and organisation as a whole.
