Sales Analytics And Operations Manager
CurrentIn this role I develop dashboards and metrics to provide insights that feed into sales and commercial strategies. I guide the sales team and contribute to GTM strategy by analyzing trends, consumer behaviour and patterns, producing forecasts and managing budgets. I working closely with the teams to manage sales operations and address operational inefficiencies by developing tools and process solutions aimed at streamlining and increasing effectiveness.▪Generates customer, product and sales insights that inform product development and sales strategy.▪Develops metrics and KPIS▪Creates business intelligence reports and dashboards to measure KPIS▪Analyzes sales data to identify trends and forecast performance▪Sales and commercial revenue reporting▪Contributes to the development of GTM strategy and execution ▪Manages internal stakeholders such as Products, Marketing, and Software Development throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment.▪ROI modelling▪Manage lead generation and qualification process to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for telesales campaigns▪Sales campaign reporting▪Commission management and reporting▪Budget management▪Report automation▪Responsible for the complete roll-out of new systems or new functionality ▪System vendor liaison▪Develops and maintains operational processes to support changes in the business▪Develops process solutions and tools▪Prepares reports and presentations for GM and Group
