At Doner I was a part of an account services team of professionals as well as a team of interns. On my account team, I was responsible for tracking and recording Bush's Beans social media posts as well as audience interactions on all social platforms. I then used this data to create a new social media engagement proposal to my team and the client. This insight helped present a singular voice to the consumer on all platforms. On my intern team, we were challenged with developing a new system of outreach for Humble Designs, a nonprofit in Detroit. We collaborated to create a proposal to better reach corporate companies; showing the potential for group volunteer opportunities as well as promoting donations. During this internship, I enjoyed the challenge of finding a problem and solving it to better help my client reach their full potential.
