Voluntary Benefits National Accounts Implementation Manager
Current• Driver of all implementation functions for National Account VB cases, partnering with field sales and service contacts and utilizing NA Implementation standards and protocols • Enhance overall implementation experience, perpetuating this as a key market differentiator• Seeks opportunities to simplify implementation process for internal and external customers by: *Developing case specific implementation project plan, customizing as appropriate *Coordinate with internal partner areas regarding Unum’s VB service and processing capabilities, while also articulating cost and time implications of an exception• Adept at pro-actively interpreting customer needs in an effort to effectively meet these while also assessing legal, risk and service impacts• Continue to focus on building strong relationships with field office partners, finding ways to better support the challenges they face in the marketplace• Accountable for anticipating and responding to customer/enrollment firm needs - Actively looks for ways to continuously improve customer experiences• Pro-actively manage internal and external resources to insure all key timeline events are met and work quickly to resolve any issues that arise• Participation on ongoing improvement teams as warranted• Timely and accurate reporting/updating of cases to team database• Shows an understanding of HO business partner process and requirements and effectively presents such to external parties• Contributes to the success of the overall team by sharing knowledge and new learnings• Contributing to overall team morale – being a positive force to all business partners• Supports a culture that is externally focused• Participate in employee surveys, including the Work Environment Survey• Contribute to team partnership through participation in team activities• Build and develop strong partnership and communication skills with other functional areas*Mentoring with AVP of another area
