Process FMLA leaves with State leave laws and Corporate leaves as well. Handle a caseload of 280-300 open leaves. Answer calls as well as we did not have the call center taking calls yet; so we also handled all incoming calls as well. As a SR, was a SME for the team and back up for the Consultant if she was out & assisted her with special projects or other.
