In my previous role as a Customer Experience Supervisor I was responsible for ensuring that all customers who visit the branch receive a consistently excellent customer experience and encourage them to use additional channels where appropriate. I have strong verbal and written communication skills, honed through interacting with both internal and external customers. Given my substantial banking experience, I have acquired a diverse range of skills with a proven track record of understanding customer needs anddelivering excellent customer service. I am meticulous and work hard to ensure that I provide the highest level of service to all customers and produce work to a high standard. I am excited to pursue a new challenge to broaden my current skillset.
