As Director of Client Services, Danielle led the client service associate (CSA) team, overseeing the systems and operational processes required to ensure a smooth back office experience for Berman McAleer’s clients. As team liaison, she worked in conjunction with the firm’s executive management and technology teams providing critical logistical insight as processes change and the firm evolves. A dedicated CSA herself, Danielle enjoyed working directly with BMc clients, strengthening existing relationships and meeting new clients as they joined Berman McAleer.After beginning her career as a high school English teacher, Danielle made a career change to financial services where she spent the following four years supporting clients focused on retirement income planning. In 2016, she joined Berman McAleer as a CSA and was promoted to lead that team in 2019.A founding member of BMc’s Giving Initiative, Danielle took an active role in finding and coordinating volunteer activities for the company. She spearheaded BMc's work through Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake and continued to seek out opportunities where BMc could make a difference in the local community.
