First point of representation of an extreme form of indoor flying. Firstly monitor customer filling out legal waiver and check in process. Encourage clients to make the best decision for themselves to have the best experience, including adding extra upgrades. Lastly follow through ,at the end of the experience to encourage returning and suggestions on different ways to purchase packages. During low volume period of time throughly monitor appearance of tunnel with coworkers, call and brief upcoming reservations and learn to operate indoor skydiving tunnel to assist staff during busy times/low staffing durations.
