Contracts & Documentation Supervisor
CurrentAs Supervisor and Project Manager over the contracts and documentation team this was a mixed role with a unique team of individual contributors that handled a variety of different tasks. Half my time was spent managing my team working to meet various SLOs and metric expectations and the other half was project management supporting new and ongoing efforts to monitor, update and increase automated improvements that both streamlined process allowing increased efficiency as well as setting system/business controls. While in this role I also managed knowledge resources and was very fluent in Confluence. My team built resources for both our own needs as well as cross functional teams and as a result also held training sessions for both my team and others to ensure everyone had the proper education required for success. As project manager of contract pricing I also took it upon myself to learn Jira ticketing to track and close out fixes and software requests for process or automated improvements managing over 100 ticket while also managing a team.
