I have over seventeen years of experience in a tech-enabled fortune 1000 business. Experience ranges from inbound customer interactions to providing peer coaching and mentoring and serving internal customers with all needs. I handled direct facilitation of system, product, process and customer service and sales skills training to both new hire and incumbent associates. In addition, focus in the past three years has switched to a self-directed training format with facilitated support in a virtual/remote environment. I have extensive experience in troubleshooting common tech issues associated with remote work as well as providing ongoing support to peers.
