Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Communication. •Promotes a “first point of contact" environment for employees and managers regarding all HR related programs including benefits, compensation, development, and employee relations while maintaining good working relationships and building credibility with employees. Payroll: Perform all payroll duties accurately and on time, to include: semi-monthly, commissions, enrollment, garnishments, and terminations. Coordinates documentation, responses and administration of employment claims.401K: Perform semi-monthly reporting, quarterly enrollment, loans, rollovers, plus annual census & audits to ensure compliance with all federal laws.Benefits: Perform Medical/dental tracking, monthly enrollment, dependent changes, and liaison between carriers. COBRA reporting & billing, plus annual census & audits.Conduct New Hire Orientation to review Employee Agreement, Policies, and Employee Handbook to ensure consistency & understanding.Post open positions, process background checks, prepare offer / decline letters, complete separation processes and exit interviews. Coordinate, track, & prepare sales 90 Day Performance Review process & annual review process. Maintain the confidentiality of all employee, company, and customer information. Responsibility for company events. Additional duties as assigned by EVP,GC and CEO.

Daily bank deposits, aging detail, customer and internal invoicing, payment reconciliation’s, International Fuel Tax Agreement filing, general ledger entries and reconciling, Insurance claims, data entry, 10 key, working with customer payment disputes, AIA billing, customer credit evaluation,creation and release of lien waivers.
