After Earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trent University, I entered the world of Manufacturing to explore my passion in Leadership and Operation Management. In addition to my daily functions as the Vice President, Operations, I was recognized as a driving force within Dvine Laboratories to implement Quality Standards including ISO 9001:2015 (Data control), ISO 22716: 2007 ( Cosmetic Manufacturing Standard) as well as overseeing the implementation of ISO 17025:2017 (lab accreditation). Over the past 8 years I have lead our ever changing process’ by integrating myself as a part of the operations in every aspect of activity on the manufacturing floor. By implementing software based solutions I have driven cost of quality down while ensuring no repeat issues within the organization. By developing and leading training in all departments of Dvine Laboratories, I have been able to encourage and encompass continuous improvement with both employees and process management. Leading a growing team to success has been my most exciting and challenging achievement thus far in my career. Additional Strengths include growing employees to surpass their capabilities, encouraging a safe and passionate work environment while improving the culture of our Organization.
