With over 8 years of work experience in the fitness industry, I have developed strong skills in project management, community building, and communication. As a project manager at MailasanOU, I managed and coordinated projects for clients and I also facilitated online and offline interactions and feedback among participants, sponsors, and partners, creating a sense of belonging and engagement. Previously, I worked as an ad hoc fitness instructor at Maties gymnasium, where I delivered group and individual sessions, tailored to the needs and goals of each client. I also served as an onboard trainer at Reshape NZ, where I supported new hires and volunteers in learning the best practices and standards of the organization. My mission is to promote wellness, fitness, and social impact through innovative and inclusive solutions. I am passionate about collaborating with diverse and dynamic teams, and contributing to the growth and success of the fitness community.
