Oversee operation of robotic and manual assembly line at a United Automobile Workers (UAW) John Deere Factory.- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient, sustainable, budget conscious assembly processes for previously outsourced components resulting in a cost savings of $500,000 per year- Duplicate cost saving project defined above and implement in an international plant- Lead collaboration across functional groups and global teams to design processes resulting inseamless implementation of new programs and products to the assembly line- Analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production schedule- Ideate creative continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality, and safety of assembly line operations

Design, manage, and implement an electronic Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) process to replace the previously manual process. Lead a team of people from various functional areas to ideate, roll out, and train employees on the new electronic TPM process.

Evaluate and work to eliminate future product issues, implement ideas and demonstrate solutions using 3D modeling in CREO, work closely with supply chain management to order experimental parts and maintain inventories in the factory, field experience, organize and lead a team, give presentations to upper management regarding specific issues, build client relationships

Design piping systems and road layouts, archive maps, pre-audit/close projects, research/implement "greener", cost effective street-lighting options, lead a team, respond quickly to sudden issues, communicate with clients, write specifications, assist inspectors in the field
