Currently, I am the Civilian Career Field Management Strategist for the United States Air Force, Civil Engineer (CE) Directorate. Additionally, I work part-time as an Executive Administrative Assistant for a career transition coach, collaborating closely with the Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF).After leading and planning multiple events for the CE Directorate, I transitioned from the A4C Events team in May of 2024. This experience proved invaluable as I re-entered the full-time workforce.With a background in the Air Force and as an active-duty spouse, I've maintained a continuous connection with the military. During a career break, I volunteered in my children's schools, supported their sports teams, and assumed part-time roles in office management, coaching, substitute teaching, and rental property management.As an Air Force Communications Officer, I was as a test engineer in the 46th Test Squadron and led multiple developmental tests as a Project Manager. A career highlight was serving as the Executive Officer to the 96th Mission Support Group Commander, providing valuable lessons in senior leadership and organizational management.The leadership and organizational skills I acquired during my military service continue to influence my approach to every endeavor.
